    2019公共政策国际会议——新时代地方政府治理:机遇、挑战与回应

    在新时代背景下,城镇化建设的深入推进、大数据与人工智能的广泛应用等给地方政府治理带来了新的机遇。与此同时,地方政府在城乡发展融合、城市基本公共服务供给、城市公共安全、城市基层治理等诸多层面也面临巨大挑战。因此,如何有效提升地方政府治理能力与绩效,已成为全球共同关注并亟待解决的重要课题。为进一步加强全球公共管理学术界交流与合作,繁荣发展地方政府治理学术研究,华中师范大学拟定于20191122日至1124日,在武汉举办“公共政策国际会议2019:新时代地方政府治理:机遇、挑战与回应”国际学术研讨会。本着以文会友,加强学术交流与合作的精神,我们诚挚地邀请海内外学者投稿参加此届研讨会,现将会议征文的有关事项通知如下:

    3.论文要求

    (1)提交摘要的要求为:摘要应包括研究内容和研究方法、关键词和主要参考文献;格式方面:A4纸排版1-2页,单倍行距;11号字体;微软docx文件提交;中英文均可;论文摘要提交时请一并注明标题/作者姓名/工作单位/职称/通讯方式(联系地址、邮编、电话、传真和电子邮件地址)等信息。

    (2)正式论文格式要求为:会议论文应是未公开发表的学术论文,具有理论前瞻性和重要现实意义,研究方法严谨,观点明确,材料翔实,文献引用规范。页面统一按A4纸排版,单倍行距;8000-15000字;11号字体;正文需包含作者基本信息;APA参考文献格式。

    八、会议费用与食宿安排

    1.本届研讨会不收取会务费,由会议方提供餐饮接待。除特别邀请专家外,与会人员的往返交通费和住宿由参会者自理。请与会人员自行与酒店联系,或与会务人员联系,由会务组统一安排。

    2.论文被接受的境外学者,可由主办方提供会议期间的住宿及餐饮(1122日至1124日,共3),除特邀专家外,其余费用由与会者自行承担。

    Local Governance in A New Era: Opportunities, Challenges and Responses

    Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China, November 22 – November 24, 2019

    With the advancement of urbanization and extensive application of big data and artificial intelligence, local governance is turning into a new era. Facing great challenges such as rural-urban integrative development, public service provision, public safety, and grass-root governance in urban areas, local governments globally are committed to address governance capacity and performance issues. In order to deepen academic communication and cooperation worldwide and promote research in local governance, the Central China Normal University is scheduled to hold the 2019 International Conference on Public Policy in Wuhan, China from November 22 to November 24, 2019. The theme of the conference is “Local Governance in A New Era: Opportunities, Challenges and Responses”. We are pleased to invite scholars and practitioners to submit paper or panel proposals on the following themes:

    5. Submission guidance

    Please submit your proposal (preferably in English, though proposal in Chinese will also be considered) with a cover page listing each author’s name, institutional affiliation, mailing address, and email address. For a co-authored paper, the corresponding author must be identified. Papers with theoretical rigor and/or empirical richness will be given priority to be accepted for presentation at breakout sessions.     7. Fee and Accommodation

    There is no conference registration fee. The conference organizer will cover meals for all participants during the conference. For international participants, the conference organizer will cover accommodation from November 22 to November 24, 2019. For invited distinguished speakers, the conference host will cover travel and other expenses.
